Want to lose weight without any diet pills?


Everybody wants to stay fit. Today not only women , men also want to look slim and healthy. The flat stomach is demanded by everyone. People try all types of diet pills, medicines, surgery, therapies etc to look slim. The main part of all these types of treatment which is desired by all that the results should be permanent and there should be no side effects.You will get impressed by my story to get slim figure. 
                                              
                                                
Last to last year I suddently started gaining weight. The reason is that I didn't do any physical work. And spent my whole day in office working badly as I got so much work. But the best part of that time was that I got promotion so my job responsibilities became more. So I require more time. I went home late at night, took dinner and went to sleep. My whole day was spent in front of my system and sitting in same chair. Even I took lunch at my station. Mostly the people who got obesity or gain weight have same reasons as I have. But one day when I met my old friend who came to met me at my home told that I am looking so aged and my face looking badly dull and I am looking fat type of girl.


I felt shocked at that time But then I decided that I will try to lose my weight at any cost. Gaining weight have so many reasons due to hormonal changes in the body according to every person. But in my case, the reason is sitting sitting only sitting without any break. So in my case, I can lose weight. But I want to lose weight naturally not by any diet pills or dieting. I love food so I was not able to do any type of dieting or fasts.


Now I want to share some natural methods of losing weight with you. Firstly we should eat balanced and healthy meals, not same type of food again and again. This is very necessary. And one should do some physical activity so that the extra calories in your body get burned. Adjustment of calories is also the main point to lose weight. The physical activity should be followed regularly in daily routine. If you are very much busy, get 10 to 15 minutes walk or do some exercises to make your body in shape. And  do not drink water after eating food. Minimum gap of 1 hr should be maintained. After 1 hr, drink water to a full. 

                                                
If you are very fond of sweets and you take them regularly in daily routine, cut it off. Make some intervals and not take them regularly. After leaving sweets you will be surprised to see you after 3 months that you have reduced so much weight. 


So these are some easy, small but not least methods to lose weight and stay fit. I think these will work as they worked for me as well. Try these tips and share your experience with me. And if you follow these tips in future also, you will get a slim, fit and fine body permanently And you will feel proud after looking you in mirror. All dresses will suits you, I promised.
